Thoughts on the Rocks (ToTR) is one of three strategic offering of the Insignia Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit organization, founded with the faith-based mission of helping people become a better version of themselves. ToTR is founded to combat the myth that men don’t typically “go deep.” The truth is that real men actually do want to go deep. They just don’t tend to want to be the leaders of it. So Thoughts on the Rocks was formed to facilitate men going deeper through happy hours, discussions, small groups and trips.
